Monene Mamabolo was appointed CEO of AgriAid SA in early February 2013. She provides leadership, oversees the implementation of the organisation’s strategy and procedures, and engages with funders and other stakeholders including the National Department of Health and farmers.

Dr Thapelo Maotoe
Dr Thapelo Maotoe is the current Chair of AgriAids SA. Dr Thapelo Maotoe is a University of Cape Town (UCT) graduate currently working as Strategic Programme Development Manager at Right to Care. Dr Maotoe previously worked for USAID in the Care and Treatment Division where he provided policy advice, normative and technical guidelines and also managed PEPFAR technical projects.
Gretha Kostwinder is the founder of AgriAids SA. She has raised the NGO in 2005 when she was still the Agricultural Counsellor at the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Pretoria. It was in this capacity that she was confronted with the needs and worries of farmers about the lack of care and support for HIV positive farm workers
Thabo Modiselle is the founder, CEO and donor expert of Donor Support Sector Specialists. He has a deep understanding of the NPO sector, gained through working for PricewaterhouseCoopers and DSSS. Thabo is mainly involved in rendering audits, pre-award surveys, accounting and reconstructions, impact assessments and training in the donor sector.
Jean Scrimgeour is a public diplomacy and democratic governance specialist with experience working in the United States, the United Kingdom and Southern Africa. Currently a Global Proposal Development Manager for Voluntary Services Overseas,
